HISTORY OF MOTHER LEE'S ZUCCHINI BREAD
In the early 90’s, the privilege was presented to me to be in the presence a dear woman inner 80’s. She always made and offered her zucchini bread. It was so tasty that I began to research recipes to try to make it myself. I found several items that included pineapple as an ingredient.
At that point, I decided to modify the recipe and found that the pineapple is a noticeable difference in the taste. This led me to baking the bread and taking it to work for my co-workers to sample. I received many compliments about the bread and it became extremely popular.
I have always desired to sell the bread and due to high demand people began to purchase. God placed in my spirit to call it, “The Bread of Life.”
With the fiber laden zucchini, the protein and Omega-3 antioxidant filled raisin, my zucchini bread is not only flavorful but it also has many healthy components.
With prayer, patience, favor and faith, I believe The Bread of Life will be a huge blessing to people now and for generations to come.
